Transferring to a Friend
If you can no longer participate, you may transfer your entry to a friend via the ACTIVE MyEvents portal.
(Unfortunately, we do not offer deferrals to future events.)
The Transfer Process (How it works)
Initiate: You start the transfer in your portal.
Invite: Your friend receives an email link to claim the registration.
Registration: Your friend must complete the registration form and pay the full current registration fee.
Refund: Once your friend completes their registration, you will receive a refund of your original entry fee, minus the transfer fee.
Step 1: Access Your Portal
USA ($25 USD fee): myevents.active.com/supertri
Canada ($25 CAD fee): myevents.active.com/SupertriCanada
Europe (€25 fee): myevents.active.com/SupertriEurope
Step 2: Start the Transfer
Log in to your MyEvents account.
Find your race and click "Transfer Registration."
Enter your friend's email address.
Your friend has until the deadline to accept and complete the process.
[IMPORTANT] Deadline: Transfers must be completed at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the event weekend.

Oui, vous pouvez transférer votre inscription à un ami via le portail MyEvents.
Processus de transfert :
Connectez-vous : myevents.active.com/SupertriEurope
Initiez le transfert : Cliquez sur « Transfer Registration » (Transférer l'inscription) et saisissez l'adresse e-mail de votre ami.
Action de l'ami : Votre ami recevra un lien pour s'inscrire et devra payer la totalité des frais d'inscription.
Remboursement : Une fois l'inscription de votre ami terminée, vous recevrez un remboursement de vos frais initiaux, moins des frais de transfert de 25 €.
Date limite : Le transfert doit être complété au plus tard deux semaines avant l'événement.
